Hunnan Dumplings au Nectar — Avis de Miranda Zhang (25 juil. 2018)

Little flavour bombs; these savoury dumplings fooled my non-veg friend into thinking she had eaten meat! These are yummy but not, in my mind, outstanding. The wrapper is slightly fragile (but durable enough to withstand chopsticks) and the texture inside is a bit grainy.

The accompanying sauce lends a delicious fattiness to the delicate dumplings.
