Usually it is spicy but today it was not. I liked it anyways though.

I am oftentimes so sick of this dish cause it is recreated in almost every single Vietnamese restaurant but Hum’s version of it is truly top-notch! It is seasoned in an adventurous and exciting way. Really a stand out!
This is very well spiced. Unique and adventurous. Comes with pieces of pineapple and raisins.
