Potato noodles

Noods it's called now with potato noodles, onion consommé, sautéed shrooms, pickled snow fungus, chive oil. Very subtle dish, maybe too much - it was a bit bland and the noodles are drowning in the sauce. I wasn't a huge fan.

While this does taste good, I don’t Think it would make for a good main dish. Appretiser type maybe but honestly it felt kind of like I would be ripped off even to pay $5 for this. It was quite light and flavours were lovely but it felt like eating air almost. Wouldn’t recommend #potato #soup
