Chocolate cake

Cake - chocolate, banana sorbet, nut butter, almond tuile & cocoa powder. Explosion of flavors, rich yet light (all hail to veganism). I was wary of chocolate cakes before being vegan, but this one made me love them, it's got everything that a chocolate cake needs without the regret and heaviness afterwards. Thank you 😭❤

Cake was so soft, moist and pretty sweet. Would be happy with it again. BUT the sorbet was nothing more than a banana purée and not as good as the ones I make. So big blunder there :( Would not recommend based on that
