[EN] 🌱 During my visit at House of Seitan in Gdańsk, Poland I also tried the pineapple shoyu ramen. It has a great addition: pineapple marinated with garlic and chili. It's super cool and interesting. The broth itself is clear, at first sweet, then it shows its spiciness. It's a really nice contrast of flavours, thanks to which this dish is not boring. Combined with cilantro, breaded tofu, and asparagus, it simply has to be good.
🍜 Ramen is noodles. And these are very pleasant, springy and al dente. I didn't hesitate to ask for seconds.
🌶️ So if you're in Gdańsk, go to Piwna street. For ramen prepared with love, you can feel it on your plate. For the lovely service and the cool atmosphere. Sit with beer and people-watch. Even the toilet here is interesting.

[PL] 🌱 Będąc w gdańskim House of Seitan spróbowałem też ananasowego Shoyu Ramen. Mamy tu świetny dodatek w postaci ananasa marynowanego z czosnkiem i chilli. Mega fajne i ciekawe. Sam bulion jest klarowny, na początku słodziutki, potem pokazuje pazur. I to bardzo fajny kontrast smaków, dzięki któremu o nudzie w tym daniu nie ma mowy. Jeśli połączymy to z kolendrą, panierowanym tofu i szparagami to po prostu musi być dobrze.
🍜 Ramen to oczywiście kluseczki. A te są bardzo przyjemne, sprężyste, al dente. Nie omieszkałem poprosić o dokładkę.
🌶️ Więc kto w Gdańsku, niech spada na Piwną! Dla ramenu przygotowanego z sercem, które czuć na talerzu. Dla przemiłej obsługi, fajnego klimatu. Posiedzieć przy browarku i pogapić się na ludzi. Tu nawet kibel jest fajny. Wrócę na pewno! 💚
