Fried rice with tofu

This was just fine, but it came after 4 days of having practically nothing to eat because the hotel is not very vegan friendly. I knew this ahead of time, but boy was I hungry! On the last night I went to reception and I asked them to help me place an order, and I begged for a protein! Finally they made me this, and I was over the moon :) in short, know what you need, and you might get, but don’t expect them to cater for vegan to start with.
