Sushi 🍣

This was the shitake mushroom sushi if I am not wrong. It is so satisfyingly good and I will go back for more.

I was told to make this vegan, you have to omit the sashimi. This sushi is so tasty and savoury. I love the smoothness and added creaminess of the vegan mayo.

We had a vegan sushi for the first time, Loved by the family especially kids!!
