Vegan Blueberry Cupcake

There couldn't be a better dessert to celebrate my liberation anniversary than these cupcakes. Each buttery cupcake was filled with very sweet blueberry jam and topped with mildly sweet blueberry frosting and 2 blueberries (great for that blueberry pop for blueberry fans).

So I had root canal surgery done yesterday, and was advised to stick to soft foods for a few days 😊😊😊 Sugar got me into this mess, so sugar will help me get through it 😁😁😁 These #cupcakes were amaaaazing, with the #blueberries and #frostedcream on top complemented by more #blueberry (in paste form) in the core 😋 Unapologetically sweet and delightful 😌 In fact it was the gf who sent them over; I don't know how these guys haven't yet been on my radar 😅😬 #berrylover
