Hainanese Chicken Rice

My 2nd time trying vegetarian chicken rice, and I have to say this is so much better than the one I'd in Daily Green previously. This rice is so much more fragrant and aromatic (literally, I could already smelled the aroma before eating it). The chicken is 70% similar to the real thing in terms of texture as well. Overall, it's pretty good!

Looks so real but it ain’t chicken but made from gluten. Chili is perfect match with the mock chic. Rice is flavored with vegetable stock so it’s really authentically cooked. Would be better if it comes with ginger paste and dark sauce. #veganisnotscary

Can’t really go wrong with “chicken” rice. The soy meat was well flavoured and like the touch of broccoli for a little bit of health #day21 #veganisnotscary

new restaurant near serangoon gardens secondary school and they recently opened just 3 months ago! the staffs were super friendly and the food was super good too! love the chili that cane along w it and the dish was fantastic!
