papaya Salad

This is one of my favorite plates at Green Lotus! I took this photo when I was already half way in to it haha but it is presented beautifully and it’s absolutely delicious! I love the strips if “meat” that have a jerky like texture to me! So yummy!

Had some fake meat thing in red as pictured on it that gave me a taste of Christmas somehow haha so anyway I loved it
