I've been intrigued by raw vegan foods lately 🤔 but I've never eaten a full
raw meal at a restaurant before. Luckily, Great Full Gardens has several "Live Food" options👍 so I chose this wrap because I wasn't too sure where I should start. A wrap seems like a simple meal for a first-timer. This wrap consisted of cashew cheeze 🧀 pea shoots 🫛 carrots 🥕 avocado 🥑 cucumber 🥒 microgreens 🍃and hemp seeds, all inside a collard green wrap. The cheeze was quite tasty and brought most of the flavor into the wrap. Everything was incredibly fresh, and the textures from all the different veggies was giving me an experience I hadn't really had before. I also love how it looks 😋 It doesn't have a ton of flavor, but it was more than I initially expected lol. I chose a mixed green salad with house vinaigrette dressing. Again, everything was fresh, crisp and appealing. Overall, I had a great experience and I will continue doing my research for more tasty raw vegan meals 🍃
