Rolls of yuba soy skin wrapped around creamy taro paste and enoki mushrooms. Cooked in umami black pepper sauce along with broccoli florets that were firm and fresh. Such a unique combination of stuffing and satisfying mouthfeel! Not to mention the fact that this was a generous portion. Absolutely loved this dish and would highly recommend it!
