Mushroom Ramen

This dish had me convinced this is what’s in vegan heaven 😮‍💨 The broth was both creamy and full of flavor with the right amount of spice (can always be made spicier) The wood ear mushroom and other veggies were crisp and fresh. The soy bit topping and fresh cilantro were the perfect garnishes . This is my favorite ramen ever 🍜

This ramen is yummy and the broth is decently creamy! I LOVE the wood ear mushrooms inside!! The noodles are perfect. I need to come back and try more options!
