Sesame Seitan

I don’t usually like seitan but this was delicious. I would eat again.

The seitan is delicious, americanized sweet-and-sour sauce. I think it does a good job mimicking the texture/taste of chicken. The accompany bush of kale was a nice idea, but they didn't flavor the kale with anything, which is too bad.
