This cinnamon bun was the only and last vegan pastry left, but it was absolute perfection. Look at that rose form! And the taste was wonderful! In a windy, cold-ish (for my italian standards) afternoon, this coffee bar at the Royal Mile in Edinburgh was exactly what I was looking for, and the big cinnamon bun was such a delicious treat.
I had it with a veganised hot drink, just great to gain back some energies. I didn't take a picture of the drink, so I won't be able to review it. But there is a good choice. I also asked for a "babyccino", just oatmilk in form of a "cappuccino" without coffee, for our little one. He also enjoyed it a lot!
The staff was really nice and ready to read the ingredients for me, the place is a dream.
