Fried Chk'n Po Boy

It was really good bar food, and love that it's an all vegan bar

This consisted of fried chk'n, Cajun mayo, lettuce, tomato, pepperoncini, and ranch on a French roll. Served with kettle chips. With a generous amount of realistic and delicious plant-based chicken that was crispy on the outside and tender inside, this was very satisfying.
