Aguachile De Setas

This is amazing! This is a oyster mushroom “ceviche”. The consistency was perfect (really reminded me of seafood). The acidity was there and the spicy kick too. This is paired with corn chips.

Ridiculously good! 💚 Slightly spicy, the mushrooms are amazing, my only complaint is the lack of avocado 😪
