Guacamole De Broccoli

🇫🇷🥦 This #veganrestaurant 🌱is listed in the #michelin guide. Their #broccoli #guacamole was another star of the show for me! 🤩 I’m not sure if it even had avocado in it then. It’s listed as their #sustainable #french version of the classic. It was super served with #buckwheat 🌾chips. I am a #broccolilover 😍but the whole group was happy with this. €9 #paris #veganinfrance #saveveganrestaurants

This is pure #vegan #magic #guacamole made from #brocolli doesn't sound great right? Well I am glad I trusted them and ordered it, it's very tasty and fresh and it comes with fried #buckwheatpancakes pieces that should be a menu item by themselves. Crazy good again! You cannot go to #paris and miss this place.
