Falafel Chop Salad

This consisted of two hearty seasoned black bean and sweet corn falafel patties with a fresh chop salad (tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, radish, and bell pepper) tossed in a balsamic lemon vinaigrette on a bed of arcadian mix greens and topped with chimichurri slaw.
