Driving through South Carolina, we stumbled upon Eliza’s Vegan Cafe. It was the best find ever. This is the chickpea salad, it is amazingly amazing. The presentation was beautiful before I destroyed it and remembered to take a picture:) If you have the blessing of being near this wonderful place, make sure to stop in. The workers are beyond nice and so personable. I am a self proclaimed picky eater and I have like everything I have tried from this restaurant. 100000/10
