This meal from Element gastro pub in Raleigh, NC is my go to when I
want an easy but delicious vegan dinner in downtown before a night of bar hopping! They really only specialize in sandwiches and bar fare but they are really good as what they do! They do change up their menu every couple of months and have even started doing brunch so I’m excited to see what they do next!
