The bahn mi is a toasted baguette with grilled marinated tofu with spring and red
onions, lettuce and coriander with Vietnamese dipping sauce (that tasted a lot like kicap masin with sesame oil). It’s pretty wholesome, I think some folks might love it but I personally feel it’s just ok. #ImpactfulApril
