With a hot bar & dessert case brimming with delicious, from scratch vegan treasures, as well as a gorgeous & buzzy light filled room to enjoy your meal in, what’s not to love about Soul Veg City? (Well, ok, in my heart of hearts, I wish they’d return to using non-plastic dinnerware & silverware for dine-in orders again, like they used to.) Anyway, I recently indulged in a four piece drumstick order, along with a side of their famous mac-n-cheese. Both dishes nail the flavors you’re dreaming about when you place your order & in their own way, are equally sublime. You guys, the drumstix at Soul Vegetarian are outta this world. Perfect texture, incredible taste and lighter than other plant meats. Just watch out for the wooden stick they put in the center! Enjoy
