Crispy Tofu Roll

I've had this dish a few times now and it's very quickly become a regular buy for me. Far too tasty for its own good.

This is the absolute best dish. I don't really like sushi (as it tastes too "oceany" to me--sorry seaweed) but I am obsessed with this!!! Mango, avocado, crispy tofu, and a soy wrap!!! Obsessed.

So good!! When I first read the breakdown, (Avocado, cucumber, mango, crispy tofu, sesame seed soy wrap, unagi sauce) I was somewhat concerned by the mango but it actually adds such a lovely bit of sweetmess while not over powering the rest. Really good mix of flavours.

Really enjoyed having a vegan sushi roll. Made suggestion for them to use seaweed and less sauce the sushi is placed however it was still delicious just the way it was.
