When I first read the breakdown, (Avocado, cucumber, mango, crispy tofu, sesame seed soy wrap, unagi sauce) I was somewhat concerned by the mango but it actually adds such a lovely bit of sweetmess while not over powering the rest. Rayna18 avisLove that Earl’s has a number of vegan items and this dish was my favourite so far. Wasn’t fully vegan without modifications however it is listed under the plant based section so very easy to veganize. Even got half rice half greens which was suggested by my server.Crispy Tofu Zen Bowl
