Creamy Lemon Pepper Pasta

Delicious pasta dish! Loved it! I felt like I needed a bigger portion honestly but the flavor is absolutely there!

This consisted of lemon-pepper cashew cream sauce, al dente cavatappi pasta, juicy blistered red and yellow grape tomatoes, spinach, roasted mushrooms, and 🌱-based parmesan. It was both elegant and comforting, and the rich, lemony cream sauce made it extra special. #saveveganrestaurants
