The place is called CooSweetBun and Wednesdays they offer this sliced, deep-fried sweet bun, filled
with braised mushrooms. Since the name of the restaurant involved SweetBun, I of course had to try this dish, plus the guy making the food recommended it. I honestly didn’t like it that much. The bun was sweet and soaked with oil, not really complementing the savory umami mushroom filling. The filling itself was delicious 🤤 but very oily as well. Pieces of cucumber and lettuce tried to make it seem healthier than it was haha. Not something I’ll get again but something where I’m happy I tried it once.
