Shrimp Fried Diavolo (w/o Shrimp)

This dish was delicious! Just ask for it without the shrimp, and you can even ask for extra mushrooms and spinach. It was spicy, but the right amount of spicy! And the waitress was so sweet in recommending it to me, a vegan!
