Schmancy Sanduiche

This was amazing. Everything about it. The buffalo tofu was great. The holidays was great. They did not skimp on either the tomatoes or the spinach. The rosemary focaccia was a delight. I highly recommend this sandwich. I got it with fries, but I think the sandwich (of which I only show you half because I ate the other half before I took the photos) is plenty for a meal. 

So good! Tofu perfectly seasoned. The combination with pesto and the salad is amazing. This picture shows only half of the sandwich. It’s very big
