Rainbow Chard Quesadilla

I can’t believe it’s vegan! Wowie, I don’t know what vegan cheese they use but it’s super melty. I wish there were more cumin seeds because each time I bite one it’s extra delicious :P Once again, not a ton of food but tasty.
