This is the happy hour version, I could eat a million of these haha. So creamy and flavorful. The plating here is amazing.

These consisted of chilled mashed potato rolls filled with vegan cream cheese, roasted red bell pepper, asparagus, and chives and served with a kalamata olive sauce. They were really amazing.
