Carrot cake

This moist and Rich carrot cake checks all the boxes for that dessert. The cream cheese icing is sweet and tart and the cake has all the right spices. It was a little dense and moist for my tasteBut that may have been because it was 100° day and I was eating what I quite with a fall and winter desert. So that may just be on me.
