Tofu and Aubergine in Garlic Blackbean Sauce

I loved this dish! I'd have it again. Love this place, there are loads of vegan options and the staff were friendly and helpful. Can't wait to try some more things on the menu - I've got my eye on the veggie sesame prawn toasts! (Cash only).
