This Chinese-influenced Korean spicy noodle soup is one of quite a few dishes on the

menu that can be made vegan. I really enjoyed the sour, spicy flavour of the broth, and it was packed with a nice selection of vegetables, some of which were interesting and quite unusual. It might be a little spicy for some, but it was very much to my tastes.
