Buffalo Chick-Not

Great buffalo sauce flavor! The seitan does have a bit of that strong veggie meat flavor, I have enjoyed better vegan fried chicken but overall still not bad and I would eat it again.

This consisted of Chick-Not with a lively buffalo sauce, lettuce, tomato, pickles, and vegan mayo. Served with a yummy macaroni salad. This plant-based chicken is a startlingly realistic stand-in for the bird-derived version, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
