Vegan French Toast

Vegan French Toast! 😋 topped with delicious fresh strawberries & grenadilla, whipped coconut cream and sprinkled with coconut sugar. Lovely breakfast and not overly sweet. The Brik Café is a charming spot with quite a few vegan options, located at a nice street corner in Rosebank.

This vegan French toast is very interesting!!! I'm not sure people expecting regular French toast will love it, but it's a great meal!! Could maybe do with some syrup.

The bread was a little hard and the portions size was really tiny. Overall tasted good
