Benny’s Brisket Deli Sandwich

I like everything from Ben & Ester's!! This sandwich is probably my favorite thing I've tried here. It has vegan steak, swiss, grilled mushrooms, grilled onions, horseradish aioli. This sandwich is phenomenal and I highly recommend it! I also love the vegan tuna melt, lox bagel and all the shmears! This place actually used to be a deli that sold dead animals 💀 But then they transitioned to a vegetarian deli and then 100% vegan soon after! They had some haters at first but obviously changing to a fully vegan menu is the ethical thing to do and I am so happy business is doing so well after making the switch! This consisted of meaty 🐮-free steak, 🐮🥛-free Swiss cheese, grilled onions and mushrooms, and a flavorful horseradish aioli on marble rye bread. The combination of meaty and creamy in this hearty sandwich was wonderful. #saveveganrestaurants
