Banoffee Pie Cake Parfait

Stacked layers of oat streusel with chopped walnuts and chocolate flakes, banana slices, and coffee powder-infused vegan mascarpone cream cheese made using cashew nuts and #oatmilk. I enjoyed the mascarpone, which was thick and velvety smooth without being too cloyingly rich! The coffee scent was fragrant and prominent but not overwhelmingly strong, and the sweetness level was just right - apart from the natural sweetness from the ripe banana, this was lightly sweetened with brown sugar. 🍌☕ Easily my favourite among the 3 parfait cups I bought, and my coffee-loving mum liked this too. It was like an indulgent tiramisu-flavoured caffeinated breakfast or mid-day pick-me-up! Currently at a promotional price of $3.90 at all outlets till end Dec 2023~ ✨ The counter staff told me they were running the promo in the hopes that more people would get to try out and find a little joy in their vegan parfait cups.
