I had this large and very tasty burrito at the Bandidas Food Truck on West
Georgia downtown. I have had brunch at their restaurant on Commercial drive and it's always been amazing. This to-go lunch from their food truck was up to their usual standard of delicious, very hearty vegan food. Chipotle tofu, pinto beans, salsa, lettuce and vegan cheese inside a very distinctively good tasting wrap. It felt both healthy and comforting. The wraps that they use really taste good and add a lot of value to their burritos rather than just holding everything together and adding carbs. Their portions are always super generous and very satisfying! A fantastic spot for vegan lunch on the go. I hope to try their other burritos soon!
