Vegetarian Pizza

This is one of the best vegan pizzas I've ever had! I think it was only RM25?! You need to ask for no cheese otherwise very straightforward 👍

I like to be grateful for the simple pleasures in life 😌 Take this humble #pizza stall… not restaurant. It’s 1 of a few stalls located at the back of a hidden bar on Carpenter Street 😶‍🌫️ Besides this #veganizable #pizza there are only 4-5 other topping options 🥸 There is only this single man selling these delectable pies all ba’ himsel’ 😝 Even with the absence of the cheese , I think what really does it for me is the #tomato sauce 🤤 or actually, the execution of the perfectly charred #thincrust OR you know what? It’s the nice dispersion of varieties toppings. I love it all! The slices of #aubergine #mushroom (which changes sometimes 😉) The addition of the pesto was even more surprising than how this made me actually enjoy the #chilli and #onions 😝 It’s RM20 for a large oval size bigger than the box it comes in!! 🤪 They do so well that they open at 6pm and regularly sell out between 8.30pm 😳 I sure am missing it now just reviewing this 🥲

I complain a lot about two things: observing a plant-based diet in a place like KL; being surcharged for cheeze on my pizza when it's better without any cheesiness. Might be reconsidering both points of view after this #pizza 😬 Opting out of the dairy cheese option left this tasting rather plain, with just the root vegetables for flavour. The #tomato sauce just didn't really work, and the #pesto wasn't properly spread out 😐 The crust was too thin (I'm team crispy on most things but not pizza crust!), and about the only thing that agreed with me was how #spicy it was 😅 Not going to complain about living in KL anymore!

I’ve actually been meaning to try their #veganpizza for quite some time now 🍕 They actually used to be my #dairyfree pizza spot of choice back when I still lived in Kuching some 5 years ago ⏳ Most places look at you like you’re mad! You will still have to #asktoveganize it but that’s just them not including the cruelty-present cheese on top.
