Bacon, Egg, & Cheese Bagel Sandwich

Delicious vegan bacon egg and cheese! It was even better than I thought it would be. I think it would've been even better with ketchup and hot sauce but unfortunately they didn't have any condiments. #veganisnotscary #veganin2023

This consisted of fluffy JUST Egg 🐔-free 🥚, melty GOOD PLANeT Foods 🐮🥛-free cheddar, and crispy, smoky authentic-tasting All Vegetarian Inc 🐷-free 🥓 on a chewy, malty New York-style everything bagel. It was tasty, satisfying and not just for breakfast. #saveveganrestaurants

I am so thankful for Ben & Esther’s Vegan Jewish Deli. Between their variety of house made schmears & bagels, their mouth-watering breakfast & lunch sandwiches, and their sweet Jewish confections & pastries—there really is something here for everyone. I ordered this sandwich on a pumpernickel bagel and it was so delicious! I’m not sure if they use Follow Your Hearts Vegan Egg or Just Egg, but it is super on point.
