The “crab” cake from Avo is gluten free and made from lions mane mushrooms. I
was curious so I ordered it. I loved the poppy seed slaw and remoulade more than the cake but I think it was a me thing, the stringy texture wasn’t great for me. The crispy potato threads were tasty and made for a great presentation!
