Before the month passes and the intensity of the memory fades away, let me review this dessert (which was preceded by a #sodelicious pre-dessert). It was the most spectacular thing, as the apprentice chef prepared it directly ON our table :D as you see, there are no plates, just a thin oven paper to avoid a big mess. First he draw on the paper with some #coulis , then he added the #lime #biscuits, the #meringue drops, the #strawberries and the #pistachio #cream . So fun, so original, so good!
The candle was also offered by the kitchen to celebrate my birthday. We had our baby with us, at the time he was sleeping, otherwise he would have adored this spectacle even more than we did 😍
