pistachio & passionfruit sorbet (with GF cone)

This may possibly be the most beautiful desert that I’ve ever eaten. Shaped in layers to look like a rose, you choose your flavours, which there are 8 to select from of the vegan gelatos. I went with Pistachio & Passionfruit this time but will be going back to try more as there are so many choices! Paid extra for a gluten free cone but worth it.
