Chocolate chunk cookie

I simply love this cookie. It so good, it makes me happy to eat it.

My office is right behind Alchemy and I have at least one of these cookies a day. I thankful they are gluten free and vegan so quite healthy for me!
The dough is smooth and the a chocolate just sweet and dark enough. The salt sprinkled on top is the finishing touch. Everyone must try it!

Some may say it’s just a chocolate chip cookie.
But this is one of the best

vegan and gluten free cookies I had in a long time.
The doug is very smushy but still crispy outside. Gigantic chocolate chunks and sprinkle of sea salt flakes on top.
They even heat the cookie if you want them to.
It’s a very good cookie.

It's a perfect #cookie! perfectly baked gluten free cookie made from cassava flour .

they even will warm it for you and the chocolate chunks get all melty. sprinkle of sea salt on top. just magic!
