Tofu Vegan Burrito

A super original twist on a burrito. Sticky rice, black beans, pickled onions, and tofu marinated and baked in a sweet and spicy sauce, with vegan chili cilantro mayo on the side. I wanted to take a picture of the presentation but accidentally ate it! She’s thick and delish 😋
