干拌馄饨 Dried Dumplings

As you probably have already seen, I had the pleasure of meeting our abillion star @stevenneoh during my visit to Shanghai, a city like nowhere else in the world. I was so happy to share this meal with him since we both lived there before and we understood each other’s nostalgia. I was especially happy to eat here, since I started eating in this vegan restaurant way before actually turning vegan.  These dumplings were as delicious as I remembered them, fully filled with delicious veggies and covered in peanut butter. Lol dried #dumplings is a pretty dodgy translation, but these 馄饨 were awesome, stuffed generously with a mix of vegetables, and then served in this thick, sweet, savoury, and absolutely delicious #peanutsauce 😋 Would eat these and nothing else, every day of the week, no problem ☺️
