FOR THE TORTILLAS
3 low carb tortillas
1 cup almond milk
Add the tortillas to a bowl and pour the milk over the tortillas. Let soak for about 10 minutes

I love the clean ingredients in the milk alternative. The taste is good as well and it is quite creamy. It works well in my coffee ☕️ . I find it a bit pricier than than the other almond milks in the market.

La panzanella è buonissima ed è un cibo povero nato per consumare il pane raffermo ed è completamente vegetale da sempre!
Ingredienti semplici:
Occorre del Pane raffermo lasciato in ammollo qualche ora in acqua e poi strizzato.
Al pane strizzato vengono aggiunte verdure di stagione:
Pomodori a pezzetti
Cipolla a fettine
Cetriolo a fettine
Un po’ di lattuga e tanto profumato basilico
Il tutto condito con sale, olio, aceto e facoltativo del pepe…
