This is quite nice cocoa hazelnut mylk. It's not too sweet and has a nice texture of dark chocolate.

Giant Beans is a basic dish in Mediterranean diet, key dish in Greek cuisine and one of my favourite foods!

How to cook:
Soak overnight
Pre-boil 20 min, remove foam
Boil 1 hour
In oven with a tomato sauce 1 hour
Eat & enjoy

So delicious, so nutritious, so versatile!
Chopped fruit, these oats, oat mylk, maybe some cranberries = breakfast
Also it can be grinded and used as flour to make almost anything wet into a solid patty... Love it!

This is a good effort to replace meat in the souvlaki. However it looks, feels, tastes and actually is junk food.

Lentil soup! Cooked properly... even kids love them! Combine with rise or quinoa, or make a patty!
