I loved this. After sailing from Panama this was our first meal ashore. The BBQ’d soy meats were thin, and were reminiscent of the thin meats carved from a Turkish kebab. It was great. Accompanying veggies were good. I ordered more
These were like sliders. Three tofus on a fat cucumber slice. Accompanied by rich mushroom sauce. Amazing! Good job Shamballa.
